Thank You for Supporting the Lady Lions!

March 20, 2017

Thank you for your generous support of the Lady Lions trip to compete in the National Tournament! On Saturday, the Lady Lions season came to a close as they lost their first game of the season 73-70 to Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Campbellsville Head Coach Ginger Colvin has this to say about the Lady Lions: "I have so much respect for Dale Neal and what he does with his program.  His kids don’t play dirty, they play hard and they play well.”

This has been an outstanding season for the Lady Lions, and they have very much appreciated your support all season long!

Thank you.

Lady Lions Take Down Rocky Mountain In NAIA Tournament Opening Round!

March 16, 2017

Thank you for what you've done to help these young women have this wonderful experience! Last night the Lady Lions got off to a solid start in the opening round of the tournament as they took down tournament host Rocky Mountain (Montana) College with a final score of 62-52. With this win, they improve to 34-0 on the season and advance to the second round of the tournament where they will face the No. 5 seed The Master's (Calif.) Friday, March 17 at 3:15 PM C.S.T. In addition to playing basketball, the members of the Lady Lions basketball team have had an opportunity to interact and influence younger kids. In the days prior to last night's game, the team talked to over 100 third graders about the 5 Core Values of Champions of Character of the NAIA (integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership,) and had a great time doing it.

Thank you for supporting these wonderful students!
